Meet andrea

Hello. My name is Andrea Senior, and I'm a Coach & Consultant at Hello Potential.

I see the 'Transformer Optimiser' emblem as a badge of honour from my 20+ years of experience in helping forward-thinking-leaders realise their business, team and personal potential.

‘Transformer’ through driving great change management and strong, multi-dimensional communication and support in complex environments. And ‘Optimiser’ through creating the optimal business outcomes, driving high performance, engagement and immense pride.

I support leaders to make visionary, overreaching and sometimes brave decisions and take their bright young managers and their teams on the journey with them.

It’s what I do best, what excites me and what makes me jump out of bed each morning and reach for my dreams.

Originally from South Africa and now based in the UK, I've also worked across America, Europe and Asia – including Global HR Director at HDL Tridion, Country HR Lead at Accenture, and Strategic HR Business Partner, European Transformation & Special Projects, at Canon Europe. More recently, I facilitated the Global Leadership Programme at Unilever and the Global Leadership Program at CSC as an external consultant, and have been a change consultant and facilitator at Citigroup since 2006. Other clients I have recently supported include Muller Dairy, AET Tankers, TMX Atrium, Hackney Council and Amlin Insurance.

It’s often much easier that you’d think to create an environment where your people have the opportunity to play to their strengths, and are actively encouraged to realise their true potential.

I’d love to show you how.
